With a background as a former architect, John Coplen brings a design forward approach to marketing real estate in the D.C. Metro area. Before becoming a Realtor, John spent over a decade designing high-end residential and commercial spaces—experience that gives him a unique eye for staging, buyer psychology, and the hidden potential within every property.
A resident of DC since 1997 and licensed agent for 15 years, John has helped clients buy and sell homes with a balance of sharp market insight and a thoughtful, people-first philosophy. Known for his attentiveness and honesty, John guides clients with clarity—making what can feel overwhelming a smooth, informed, and even enjoyable experience.
